How the irregular-income scenario is calculated

  1. The income average adds the six entered amounts and divides by six; the lowest amount is simply the minimum of those same entries.
  2. The monthly plan adds fixed costs, flexible costs, one twelfth of entered annual costs and the other monthly allocation entered.
  3. Each difference subtracts that entered monthly plan from either the average or the lowest income amount.
  4. The percentage counts how many of the six entered income amounts meet or exceed the entered plan; it is not a prediction or sufficiency determination.

CHECK

Before interpreting the result

Enter amounts from your own records and check the unit used by each field. The calculator does not validate sales, costs, hours, inventory, payments, fees or percentages, and it does not retrieve data from external sources.

Change one input at a time and compare several scenarios. This helps separate the mathematical effect of each assumption without presenting the output as a confirmed price, margin, profit, budget or available amount.

Use the output to structure an initial comparison. Before making a tax, legal, accounting, financial or commercial decision, check current information and your specific circumstances with an official source or a suitably qualified professional.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the calculator decide how much I should spend?

No. It only compares entered income amounts with entered costs and allocations. It does not assess obligations, risks, needs or future income.

Is the lowest entered month a recommended budget baseline?

No. It is only the smallest of the six values entered. The calculator does not select a planning method or recommend a baseline.

Does the other allocation calculate tax, savings or an emergency fund?

No. It is an unlabeled planning amount entered by the user. The tool does not determine a tax bill, savings target, reserve or suitable allocation.

The complete workbook connects received income, editable allocations, expenses, sinking-fund entries, monthly plans and calculated remaining balances with built-in checks.
